Alan has had 23 years service in the armed forces followed by 20 years as a senior manager in commercial security for both national and medium sized security companies, before setting up Montague Parr Limited. As a Regional Manager he ran three offices and over 250 staff across South London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

Office Services Manager - Masood Rauf MBA

Prior to Masood taking up studies in the UK he was the Logistics Manager  for Total Lubricants and Fuels Pakistan Limited, where he was responsible for the distribution of all of the company’s products nationally. He achieved his second Masters Degree in Business Management in 2004. Joining the company in 2005 he took over the company’s general business administration. In addition he deputises for Alan, in his absence, on all other operational and employment matters.

Client Services Manager - John Carson

John has spent 16 years as a Personnel and Training manager with various national security companies before moving over into property management where he spent the last 12 years with Friends Provident Life and Pensions managing 15 commercial properties in London’s West End. His knowledge and experience gives our company the benefit of a client liaison manager who understands the clients point of view on service provision and training. He reports directly to Alan.
