Managing Director - Alan Beeston

Alan has had 23 years service in the armed forces followed by 20 years as a senior manager in commercial security for both national and medium sized security companies, before setting up Montague Parr Limited. As a Regional Manager he ran three offices and over 250 staff across South London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

Operations Manager - Steven Clutton

 Steven has served 8 years in the armed forces followed by 6 years working in cartography and graphic design before joining the Metropolitan police for 10 years. He brings to the team previous experience in operations and people management which will be beneficial for his role with us.

Client Services Manager - John Carson

John has spent 16 years as a Personnel and Training manager with various national security companies before moving over into property management where he spent the last 12 years with Friends Provident Life and Pensions managing 15 commercial properties in London’s West End. His knowledge and experience gives our company the benefit of a client liaison manager who understands the clients point of view on service provision and training. He reports directly to Alan.
